We decided that it was about time Raffle Tickets 4U launched its brand refresh and we’re excited to show you our updated website and brand new ticket designs. We thought we’d tell you the story behind our refresh…
Here at Raffle Tickets 4U, we’re a small team of individuals who are passionate about print, design and fundraising, which was at the core of our brand refresh decision. With a consistently growing customer base it is important for us to provide a simple, stress free, quality service.
Our main aim was so create a seamless journey throughout the ordering process allowing our customers to purchase a product that’s right for them. We knew this would involve including a wider range of ticket products, a gallery of inspiration and an informative fundraising blog.
Another aim for our brand refresh was to makeover the website design and bring it into 2016. We may have over 70 years experience and we may use traditional methods of print to create our raffle tickets, but this doesn’t mean our website should look tired and old. 2016 was the year we said ‘new year, new us’ and that is exactly what we’ve done. Out with the old design and in with the new to ensure we’re at the forefront of raffle ticket printing.
We started the process focusing on our product- the raffle ticket. We wanted to showcase the raffle ticket for all it can be. Which may not sound like much but the humble raffle ticket template can be used for so much more! We produced new ticket designs that meant our customers could create event tickets, school voucher tickets, full colour tickets and much more.
We focused on good photography for our website and our new gallery feature to showcase our new ticket designs. A picture says a thousand words, which is why we spent a lot of our time planning and directing our new photographs and our new video.
Planning our photo shoot and our behind the scenes, production video made us consider our brands core values and how we can communicate what we stand for. The team believed our passion for print and our dedication to excellent customer service needed to be at the forefront of the brands identity. Our website design, content and visual media all needed to communicate the same core values.
We began with a pen and paper. Drawing up ideas, discussing direction, trends values, images, colours, logos etc. We collaborated on our thoughts and initial ideas before creating design ideas online. It was important for us to get this right first time so we continually reviewed our ideas to ensure the brand communicated what we stood for.
We were so excited to reveal our new look and our new products. With just a few weeks live we’ve had a great response to our new ticket templates, it’s great to see our products being personalised for your fundraising events.
