We have rounded up the best of the best fundraising events for the month of May. This months events are a great mixture of challenges including a colour run, getting together for a BIG English brekkie as well as a charity shop auction. We’ve included the key details and their web address so you can easily sign up and take part!

CLAN – Cancer Support for all
Wednesday 4th May 2016 – 7pm until 10pm.

Tickets are £5 each- which includes light refreshments
Fancy getting your hands on an array of fantastic furniture, art, ceramics, jewellery or vintage items? The CLAN Charity Shop Auction is the place to be. All items have been donated and all the proceeds will go directly to CLAN. Grab your tickets for a fun filled evening.
Pink FAB Ball
Breast Cancer Care

Price: £200 per person
The Pink FAB Ball will be held in aid of Breast Cancer Care and in memory of Sylvia Anderson, the Thunderbirds co-creator, and hosted by her daughter, Dee Anderson. It’s the most glamorous night of the year, it’s not one to be missed! There will be iconic performances, thunderbird-themed tables as well a fantastic auction. Sign up on their website for tickets.

Raised sponsorship money
Whether you choose the traditional English fry up or prefer the continental croissants or pancakes, get to together with your family and friends and organise a BIG brekkie in aid of Christian Aid. The charity helps people in extreme poverty and all your donations and sponsorships will go to someone truly in need. Make breakfast the most important part of your day and help to raise money for a great cause.
Colour 5K Run
Whether you run, skip, walk or jog, the aim of the 5K colour run is to end up looking bright and colourful like a rainbow. Along the route of the run, colour bandits lie in wait at each 1K checkpoint to shower you with coloured powder paint. It’s the perfect fundraising event for all ages as there will also be a bouncy castle, face painting, a tombola and biscuit decorating all to raise funds for the Rainbow trust.
