Christmas Hampers are a popular choice for raffle prizes and they also make the perfect Christmas gift. They can be super easy to put together and create a gift or a prize that is really thoughtful and special. Buying a pre-made hamper can be quite expensive, which is why many of you have turned to creating your own, handmade hampers that can look just as great but cost half the price!

It can be tricky to know what to put in a hamper so we thought we’d put together some themed hamper ideas with a list of potential examples and products you could purchase to put in them. From festive foodie hampers to a cosy night in, there will be an idea here that will suit any gift and any fundraising event.

Night Before Christmas

This is the perfect hamper for those who enjoy hibernating for the winter and love everything about the Christmas spirit. You could include a fleece blanket to snuggle up to as well as  this super cute owl water bottle with cosy fluffy bed socks.  To make the evening even more festive try adding some favourite seasonal food treats like these ginger bread men (we have our own recipe too!), or mince pies.

You could also include these Christmas fair lights to make the room sparkle, a movie gift card to keep you entertained on the dark nights and fill the air with a cinnamon scent for the perfect Christmas Eve.

Festive Treats

Creating a hamper full of festive foodie treats is a popular gift idea as you can easily source or even bake at home, biscuits, cakes and savoury snacks for the perfect Christmas gift box. Even the super markets finest, luxury range create an affordable, indulgent gift.

Begin with the traditional classics such as these shortbreads (or check our our recipe to make your own!), this cherry topped Christmas pudding or a sharing box of chocolates.

Then add some savoury items that won’t spoil in the hamper. Think cheese boards, chutneys, and salted nuts.

And to finish the hamper and wash down those treats think about hot chocolates.

Celebratory Cheer

There is no better time to celebrate and open the bottle of bubbly then at Christmas! So to help with the festive cheer, create a hamper that is full of party treats that will help to keep the drinks flowing and the mood lifted.

A good bottle of champagne has to the be the centre piece for this gift hamper, along with elegant champagne flutes.

Include party favourites such as Christmas crackers, party poppers and bunting.

To make it a night to remember include some family party games, photo booth party props and a disposable camera to capture the memories!

Get Glamorous

If you want to make your hamper glamorous and girly you could always create a pamper party gift set. You could add beauty gift sets and products to make getting ready a stress free, luxurious experience. Thinks about bath time treats, hair revival products and party perfume scents.

Add glitter and sparkle to the hamper along with cocktail ingredients and a great playlist. You could also add a spa voucher as a centre piece to the gift set.

Man Up

Buying for the men in your family can always be tricky, but these products can make a great manly gift hamper.

There is nothing wrong with male grooming products, especially as beards are back this season! So look for classic barber shop style products like this beard oil, moisturiser and after shave.

You could also include gadgets, hot and spicy cooking ingredients and a novelty pub quiz game

We have also created a Christmas Hamper Pinterest board to help inspire your creations as well as get inspiration o night wrapping your baskets.
